Aadi Festival pertaining to the temple namely Arul Migu Kanniamman temple, Tiruvalluvar Street, M.G.R. Nagar, Chennai - 600 078, at the said Street namely Tiruvalluvar Street, M.G.R. Nagar in such away to block the entire street and consequently preventing the petitioner's ingress and egress to the street inclusive of cutting of the air and light that had been enjoyed by the petitioners.
