Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.MP.No.7430/2022 dated 15.06.22 in Crl.OP.No.12254 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 and pass appropriate order or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7430 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12254 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022 to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 13.07.2022. The petitioners are directed to comply the said conditions, on or before 13.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
