This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Circular Ref.No.4053/E3/1/2019-TC dated 24.05.2019 issued by the second respondent and quash the same.
2. Heard Mr.D.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Tippusultan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. So far as this Writ Petition is concerned, it pertains to the impugned order dated 24.05.2019 issued for conducting transfer counselling between the period from 30.05.2019 to 06.06.2019. As the counselling would have been completed by this time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
