This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.17743 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.20364 of 2022 on 25.11.2022 to appear before the respondent police on first day of every month until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
