The petitioner made a representation on 20.08.2015 to the respondent no.1 making certain allegations against the respondent no.2 to the effect that he is taking sides with the alleged encroachers and not considering the case of the petitioner in the proper perspective.
2.It appears that the respondent no.2 is the Enquiry Officer. Therefore, a further request was made in the said representation to transfer the enquiry to some other officer. Seeking appropriate action on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 20.08.2015, without going into merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
