Today, when the application is taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, despite undertaking given by the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- in full quit and agreed to pay the amount within a period two weeks. But, till date no amount has been paid by the applicant.
