This writ petition has been filed challenging the demand notice issued by the first respondent, thereby the petitioner was directed to pay the arrears amount of Rs.12,33,651/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has paid the entire amount. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
