Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the Condition in Para No.6(a) Imposed in order datd 19.05.2022 in the Anticipatory Bail order vide Crl.OP.No.12254 of 2022 and pass appropriate order or other orders as this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(a) imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12254 of 2022 that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- each to the credit of the Crime No.10 of 2021 within a period of two weeks.

3. Considering the submissions made by the counsels on either sides, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12254 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, time is extended till 13.07.2022 to comply the conditions.
