This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 16.11.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.32062 of 2024 and relax the condition imposed by the Hon'ble principle Sessions Court, Chennai that the petitioner shall appear before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders on 02.09.2024 in Crl.MP.No.24216 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.24216 of 2024. dated 02.09.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders is relaxed.
