2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of a 'notice dated 25.04.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.ea.285/2022/tha.ea' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Adverting to support affidavit, learned counsel submits that the original impugned notice has not been served to the writ petitioner and hence, he has filed copy of the same. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to the support affidavit, which reads as follows: '..................I am not served with the original impugned Page Nos.1/3

order. Hence, it is just and necessary to dispense with the production of the original impugned order.'

5. The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
