O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent 1 to 3rd to consider the petitioners representation dated 1.05.2023, consequently direct the 1 to 3 respondents to take action of the petitioner's life and property right guaranteed against the 4th respondent under Chapter V of Senior Citizen Act, 2007.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the senior citizen and he is residing at Pazhaveri Village in S.No.167/10-055 and the he is the absolute owner of the property. Such being the position, the 4th respondent has made attempt illegally to grab the petitioner's property, for which, the petitioner made an application before the Tahsildar, Vandavasi for survey his property and to fix boundary stone and the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No. 9260/2023 and the same was disposed of by this Court dated 27.03.2023. Pursuant to which, the Tahsildar was acted upon survey of the petitioner's house property along circle surveyor, Village Administrative Officer, Village Assistant and shown the boundaries wherein the 4th respondent herein was restrained to fix the boundaries stone therein. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking life and property guaranteed under Chapter V of Senior Citizen Act, 2007 and the
same is still pending, the respondents have not considered so far. Without having any other option, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a
copy of this order.
7. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
