ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to transfer the investigation of the above case in Crime No.337 of 2021 from the file of D3 Ice House Police Station Chennai to CBCID or to some other investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.337 of 2021 has been completed and a negative report has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, it is well open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy as per law. Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
