By order dated 22.07.2022 the applications filed by the plaintiff were allowed on condition that costs of Rs.25,000/- be paid to defendants 1 to 3. The matter is listed today upon "being mentioned" by both parties. Both parties state that costs may be paid instead towards any charitable cause. The plaintiff is directed to pay the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Adyar Cancer Institute instead of being paid to defendants 1 to 3. The schedule fixed on 22.07.2022 requires revision. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that P.W.1 would be available for examination in the week beginning 22nd August 2022. The examination of P.W.1 in relation to the additional documents shall be concluded in full on or before 26.08.2022.

2. List the matter before the learned Additional Master No.IV on 22.08.2022 for recording evidence as per the above revised schedule.
