ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachments made in his property situated in S.No.183/5, Kannankulathu Street, Sankarapuram, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue involved herein before the appropriate civil forum.
3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition is closed. No costs.
