ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime Number 376 of 2022 and include all the offenses committed by the accused persons stated in the complaint dated 08.06.2022 .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents.

3.In such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction to include particular offence. It is for the investigating officer to file the final report based on the materials collected. During the course of investigation, if the investigating officer found that some other offences also attracted in this case, it is for them to take appropriate action as per law. However, the second respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
