Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in Ser.3(3)/9000/2000 dated 07.04.2000 along with the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer dated 20.02.1995 in Na.Ka.No.A2/52187/94 & No.L1/135167/9 dated 22.07.1995 and quash both the same and direct the respondents to

grant me promotion with effect from 1998 with all service benefits by placing me above my juniors and pass orders.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in Ser.3(3)/9000/2000 dated 07.04.2000 along with the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer dated 20.02.1995 in Na.Ka.No.A2/52187/94 & No.L1/135167/9 dated 22.07.1995 and quash both the same and direct the respondents to grant me promotion with effect from 1998 with all service benefits by placing me above my juniors.

2.When the matter was called on 08.06.2018 in the morning there was no representation for the petitioner and again the matter was passed over to 2:15 p.m in the afternoon. But there was no representation for the petitioner on 2:15 p.m and the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 12.06.2008. Even today

when the matter is called there is no representation, hence the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
