Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 06.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12641 of 2022 i.e., the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge & Presiding Officer, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act cases, Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge & Presiding Officer, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act cases, Salem.
