Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation sent + through E.mail on 27th September, 2015 to the letter and spirit to save the citizens life which are in danger, as D.S.P. herself committed suicide due to some torture, which is to be clarified now, to have belief in Tamil Nadu Police in General if it is true only by the C.B.I. Investigation, as Tamilnadu Police are involved in this suicide case as per enquiries made by the petitioner in person to the letter and spirit.

O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the present public interest litigation. In fact, we had dismissed the earlier public interest litigation on the same cause of action, as the family members are quite capable of approaching the Court for redressal of any grievance. We are informed by the learned Government Pleader that in fact the father of the deceased police official has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.31447 of 2015, which is listed before the learned Single Jude today.

2. Thus, the writ petition is dismissed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
