Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 7(iii) imposed in this Honourable Court's order dated 02/12/2020 in Crl.M.P.No.7214 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.470 of 2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KAVITHA DEENADAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.RAJ THILAK, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.7214 of 2020 in Crl. A.No.470 of 2020 dated 02.12.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until the disposal of the appeal.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court once a two months in the first week.
