ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader is directed to take notice for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Pursuant to the representation dated 28.03.2016 submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner seeking action against the removal of encroachment in the nature of construction of 12 feet wall blocking the Water Channel, the Tahsildar, Erode Taluk/1st respondent herein, vide order dated 25.04.2016 in Proceedings L.Dis.5298/2016/A3 directed the Revenue Inspector, Erode North/2nd respondent herein to remove the encroachment. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the order dated 25.04.2016 had been passed for removal and the other villagers have also represented the matter before the authorities concerned, removal is yet to have been carried out. In the circumstances, we hereby direct respondents 1 and 2 to do the needful in respect of order dated 25.04.2016 in Proceedings L.Dis.5298/2016/A3 and take further action against the 3rd respondent by issuing notice well in advance and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. The above said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
