This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR as per order passed in Crl.M.P.No.595/2022 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kanchipuram dated 26.04.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that there is already a direction to the respondent police by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kanchipuram under Section 156

(3) Cr.P.C. and the same will be complied within a period of two weeks.
