ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.122 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and that the second respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.122 of 2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
