This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12559 of 2022 on 07.06.2022, to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
