O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to unlock the premises D.No.27/35, Lakshmi Complex, Ayyar Line Street, 2nd Gate Swarnapuri, Meyyanur Village, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025.

In pursuant to the complaint lodged by one Paramasivam, a FIR has been registered in Crime No.108 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4) and 62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 5,21(1) and 23 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, as against the accused persons. The accused persons are tenants and they are running their business in the premises owned by the petitioner. Now the premises is under lock and seal by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition with the above prayer. 3.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents never lock and seal the premises.
