ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.1 of 2011 dated 04.02.2011.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.1 of 2011 was completed and the charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.14 of 2011 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Sangagiri and that the accused were also acquitted by the Trial Court on 19.03.2015.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
