PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that petitioners' son is the accused and only in order to find out the whereabouts of the accused, the second respondent has summoned the petitioners. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4.Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction. However, if it found to be civil dispute, the respondents police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
