2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court while passing the order dated 07.06.2019 had stated at para 11 as follows: "11. In view of the above, the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent shall be construed as a show cause notice and the petitioners are directed to give their response within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the 1st respondent shall proceed further with the enquiry strictly in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in the decision referred supra and pass final orders within a period of four weeks thereafter".
3. While passing the order, this Court did not specifically state that the petitioners should be released from the jail. In view of the fact that the impugned order itself was construed to be a show cause notice. As a result of the same, the petitioners continue to be in confinement for the last two weeks.
4. In view of the above, para 12 is inserted which it reads as follows:
12. The petitioners are ordered to be released on bail and they shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5000/- with one surety for a likesum before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore. The petitioners are granted three weeks time to give their response to the show cause notice and the 1st respondent shall thereafter proceed to conduct the enquiry as directed in para 11 of the order and pass final orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.
