The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider their application dated 25.08.2017, wherein and whereby, they sought to provide electricity connection to the Wakf property, viz., newly constructed building and shops in Dargah Complex, Kundrathur Main Road, Mangadu, Chennai - 600122.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not considering the said request so far.

4. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any.
