Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.2464 of 2021 dated 18.03.2021. ORDER

The Cellphone Towers have already been erected but the petitioner contends that he is receiving poor signal and sometimes no signal.

2. The duty of the respondents is only to erect the Cellphone Towers as the signals are provided by the Cellular Operators. If at all, the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the poor quality of the signals received by him, he has to address his grievance only to the Cellular Operators and not to the respondents.

3. Since the order dated 18.03.2021 passed in W.P.No.2464 of 2021 has been duly complied with by the respondents, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner. The respondents shall cooperate with the Cellular Operators so as to enable the petitioner to get proper signals.
