Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.23856 of 2018 dated 05.01.2021. 2.Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court in entirety, hence, the contempt petition may be closed. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, connected application is also closed.
