Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main I.P.No.129 of 2008 itself was dismissed on 19.11.2013 and hence, the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 19.11.2013 passed in I.P.No.129 of 2008 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode and the said order copy is placed on record.
