O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 06.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.2827 of 2020 by this Court with regard to removal of encroachment.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 06.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2827 of 2020 has been complied with.

3. A compliance report, signed by the Tahsildar, Kundrathur and Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Padappai, sent by e-mail to the office of the Additional Government Pleader was submitted.
