It is represented by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that P.W.1 Mr.Bhuvaneswaran had expired on 10.12.2017 after filing of these Applications and a copy of Death Certificate of P.W.1 has been produced and hence the Applications may be closed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
