This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 to 7, he was issued C.S.R.No.339 of 2020. The respondent police conducted the enquiry and the same was closed on 27.09.2020. Therefore, this petitioner is not at all required for any enquiry since no complaint is pending.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
