This petition has been filed to issue summons to the first respondent and to punish him for the deliberate disobedience of the order dated 05.04.2017 by this Court in W.P.No.27175 of 2016. 2.Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in obedience of the order passed by this 1/3

Court in W.P.No.27175 of 2016, dated 05.04.2017, the respondents have initiated the action under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 and one Mr.T.Elangovan, the Secretary of the R.829, Ariyalur Milk Producers Co-operative Society, Ariyalur, was suspended under proceedings in Na.Ka.No.01/2022/m.

3.The Deputy Registrar of the Cooperative Societies (Dairying), Ariyalur District/first respondent herein appeared before this Court and stated that as per the orders of this Court, they have initiated the proceedings and suspended the Secretary of R.829, Ariyalur Milk Producers Co-operative Society, Ariyalur, on the complaint given by the petitioner. 4.Since the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27175 of 2016, dated 05.04.2017, by suspending the Secretary of R.829, Ariyalur Milk Producers Co-operative Society, Ariyalur, on the complaint given by the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
