2. This criminal revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 14.08.2020 passed in C.M.P.No.950 of 2020 by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode.

3. The petitioner filed C.M.P.No.950 of 2020 in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., which has been dismissed on 14.08.2020, aggrieved by which the petitioner has filed the present revision petition.

5. In the light of the judgment of this Court in Nathan Vs.
