Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to Order No.F.Admn.III/P2/2013 dated 18.2.2013 passed by fifth respondent

and quash the same and to direct the respondents to grant to the petitioner a) Dearness Relief to be calculated on full pension w.e.f. 1.1.2006 with arrears of pension and all other consequential benefits b) to grant Dearness Allowances for the period from 1.1.1996 to December 2005 with arrears of pension and all other consequential benefits c) to grant additional pension with effect from 15.12.2012 with arrears of pension and all other consequential benefits and d) to refund the alleged excess amount recovered from pension till date with interest at a rate of 12% per annum.
