The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to appoint the petitioner as the Secretary / Correspondent of The Victoria Hindu Higher Elementary School Committee, Tiruvannamalai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly conceded that there is no provision conferring power to the respondents 1 to 5 to appoint the petitioner as School Secretary. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
