The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from Mr.H.Ramalingam, Sub Inspector of Police, Kedar Police Station, Villupuram District, would submit that the detenue, who is the wife of the petitioner, has now reconciled with him and that they are now living together.
2. As such, no further order is required to be passed to the prayer sought for in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. No costs.
