ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in connection with Crime No.871/2021 dated 29.11.2021 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.871 of 2021 on 29.11.2021, no final report is filed till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is in progress and respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may

be, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
