O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the condition imposed by the Court below to that effect the petitioner shall appear before respondent police as and when required, instead of daily appearing before the respondent at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, by the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4049 of 2017 dated 06.11.2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore.

2.Heard Mr.M.Rajendiran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has been appearing before the respondent police in compliance of the condition imposed in the earlier order dated 06.11.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.4049 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore directing the petitioners to appear daily at 10.30.am, until further orders.

4. The said condition is modified to that effect the petitioners shall report the respondent police viz., The Inspector of Police, Vaniyambadi Town Police Station, Vellore District, as and when required.
