Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to transfer the petitioner to the place of the 4th respondent on the basis of seniority by revising their proceeding dated 16.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.2570/A4/ 2015 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2015 and confer all consequential benefits to the petitioner.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner is employed as the Headmaster of the Panchayat Union Middle School, Kandagapal Kariyamangalam Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District and she participated in the general counselling on 16.08.2015 and sought transfer to the Panchayat Union Middle School, Pulikal Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District and according to her, the availability of the said vacancy has been deliberately https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

barked and suppressed and the fourth respondent has been accommodated in the said place and in this regard, has submitted representation to the second respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Vijayan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.Though the petitioner prayed for the larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in this writ petition, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2015 on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice, the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent.
