ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.331 of 2016 and file final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case in Crime No.331/2016, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' on 23.11.2016.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
