The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3 & 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 read with Section 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.10 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police stated that the names of the petitioners have been removed from the FIR.
