..Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the arbitral award passed in ARC No.189 of 2023 dated 27.03.2025 by learned arbitrator under Section 84 of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002 and the consequential demand notice issued under Section 94 of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002 dated 11.02.2026 arising therefrom and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction and in violation of principles of natural justice.

ORDER

After submitting for a brief while, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that petitioners propose to avail the remedy that is available under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and seeks leave of this Court to pursue the said remedy.

2. The prayer as sought for by the learned counsel for petitioners is granted. The time spent before this Court in prosecuting this writ petition is excluded.
