ORDER

The petitioner was earlier an employee of the third respondent college. The petitioner subsequently joined as lecturer in Thiru Vi.Ka. Government Arts College, Thiruvarur. The petitioner was not given the service certificate indicating the earlier service. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation on 25.09.2014, requesting the third respondent to provide him the service certificate. third respondent, resulting in filing this writ petition.

2. The third respondent filed a counter affidavit indicating that the available particulars would be forwarded to the second respondent.

3. The third respondent is directed to forward the service particulars of the petitioner to the second respondent within a period of two weeks. The second respondent is directed to attest the same and send the same to the petitioner by speed post as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of particulars.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
