O R D E R

After hearing petitioner as well as the respondents, this writ petition seeks to direct the second respondent to cancel the forged partition deed in D.No.2267/2023 dated 13.04.2023 after enquiry under Section 77 A of the Registration Act, 1908.

2.The ground of cancellation is that the petitioner seeks to invoke Section 77 A of the Registration Act, 1908, for the purpose of seeking in respect of the submissions.

3.After the writ petition has been filed, Mr.C.Emalias, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent has issued a notice dated 19.05.2023 directing conduct of enquiry with respect to his complaint on 29.05.2023. The respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The second respondent is also 2/5
