respectively; and the learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the petitioning creditors in Six IPs submitted that all the six Civil Court decrees have been fully satisfied and this Court is informed by the learned counsel for petitioners that there is no equivalent of Rule 100 of the 'Companies (Court) Rules, 1959' as far as creditor petitions under the Presidency Towns Insolvency Towns Insolvency Act, III of 1909 or Rules thereunder is concerned, and this Court doth recording the same, and it is ordered as follows:- That the Insolvency Petition Nos.15,16,18,19,20 and 21 of 2021 be and are hereby disposed of as closed.

2. That there shall be no order as to costs.
