ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the refusal slip dated 23.02.2026 issued by the 1st respondent and consequently, for a direction to the 1st respondent to efface the entry No.5/2025 dated 15.03.2025 registered in favour of the 3rd respondent, and to register the sale certificate dated 03.01.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the sale certificate has already been registered therefore, no order is required to be passed in this writ petition.
