Reliability Power/D.No. /10 dated Nil.11.2010 where in the 2nd respondent has sought to allot additional power less for the month of November but communicated the same belatedly and towards reliability charges in the form of energy charges and demand charges for the month of November 2010 as contained in the CC Bill of December 2010 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without authority of law and consequently direct refund of the reliability charge of Rs.6,48,710.37 paid under protest by the petitioner as contained in the CC Bill.
